Registration from March 1-3, 2017 and on Conference Days:

Rs.2500/- for both faculty and students

 Registration is also on a first come first register basis (non-refundable/non-transferable). All speakers and/or participants must register in advance.Particularly, the speakers must register and send their titles and abstracts of their talks (in word file only) by Nov. 23, 2016. All general speakers and non-speaker participants will have to pay registration fees on the basis of the different rates given above.

 Note: All UMT SSC Faculty Members who have fulfilled the CMAP membership rules will only get all the CMAP benefits announced by email before. Those SSC faculty members who cannot fulfil the CMAP membership rules will have to pay the full registration fees.

NOTE: The registration fees will include all registration materials: e.g., registration tags, pen, conference brochure, a writing pad, 3  lunch, and 4 teas and refreshments.

Speakers will be required to register latest by Nov. 23^rd, as we will have to send their particulars to HEC for approving the Conference  Grants Application.

CMAP MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS: 1) Free registration through UMT Training Program 2) Free Conference Bags and 3) Free Conference Banquet (Dinner) in a 5 star hotel in all international Conferences held under CMAP or under CMAP in collaboration with Physics and Chemistry Depts. of UMT.

CMAP MEMBERSHIP RULES: 1) Attending at least 50% of all CMAP activities, 2) To bring at least 3speakers/participants from faculty for all conferences /workshops held under CMAP or under CMAP in collaboration with Physics and Chemistry Depts. of UMT and 3) to submit unpublished papers for conference proceedings held under CMAP or under CMAP in collaboration with Physics and Chemistry Depts. of UMT.
