Registration is also on a first come first register basis (non-refundable/non-transferable). All speakers and/or participants must register in advance. Particularly, the speakers must register and send their titles and abstracts of their talks (in word file only) by June 23, 2016. All general speakers and non-speaker participants will have to pay registration fees on the basis of the different rates given above.
Note: All UMT SSC Faculty Members who have fulfilled the CMAP membership rules will only get all the CMAP benefits announced by email before. Those SSC faculty members who cannot fulfil the CMAP membership rules will have to pay the full registration fees

Our regular registration period expired on Sept 18th, 2016. The late registration details are as follows:
Late Registration Fees:
Sept. 19–Sept. 30, 2016
Faculty: Rs.2500
Students: Rs.2500
Registration on Workshop days (Oct 1-3, 2016): Rs.3000
Our target was to register around 100 participants, which is almost done and so we have increased the registration fees during late registrations.
Finally I would like to request each of the speakers to recommend 2 participants from faculty and students of their own universities to register at our workshop as a non-speaker participant. Note that all speaker and non-speaker participants will have to pay registration fees as mentioned above. Moreover, they will arrange their own accommodation (except invited speakers) in a family guest house whose address is given in the website.

NOTE: The registration fees will include all registration materials: e.g., registration tags, pen, conference brochure, a writing pad, workshop bag, 2 lunch, and 4 teas and refreshments.
Speakers will be required to register latest by June 23rd, as we will have to send their particulars to HEC for approving the Workshop Grants Application.
